Introduction course to french gastronomic cuisine during your stay

Michel wants to share his passion, to show you the secrets necessary to realize perfectly some dishes, dare new mixtures, open your palate to new blends.

He will show you the tricks of delicate products preparation, such as duck liver, seafood and forgotten vegetables, and also original dish presentations.

Price of the course : 30.- Euros per person

The courses take place in the afternoon, upon reservation, between 4 and 7 p.m. and are limited to 4 persons.
